He is a Founder, Investor, Board Member and advisor with a strong focus on start-up strategy, growth, revenue generation and strategic partnerships.

Mark has founded previous start-ups in Proptech Businesses in addition to running Innovation for Macquarie Business Banking across their Real Estate and Strata Portfolios.

Michael has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry in Australia and Vietnam including master-planned communities, single dwelling homes, mixed-use developments, residential apartments and more recently luxury resorts. He is an investor and Director of start-up ventures including Medtech and Manufacturing products.

Michael founded the WE Wumbo, a proptech platform; solving the industry’s complex pain points; improve operational performances, community connectivity, building intelligence, sustainability and financial management.

Richard Colless has more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry within Australia and the UK. Richard currently serves as the Chairman of Asset Management at MA Financial.

Richard is Australia’s longest serving Board member Former positions include; Chairman of Honan Insurance, Non-Exe Director at Prime Credit Property Trust, Borad member at Simonds Saleco, Chairman of Lantern Hotel Group and Chairman for ING Management.
