Building Intelligence
and Insurance
Go Hand in Hand.
Building intelligence and insurance are no longer separate disciplines. They are intrinsically linked. As insurers place greater emphasis on building data, governance and proactive risk management, access to accurate, real-time building intelligence has become essential to achieving better insurance outcomes.

Pulse BPI provides the technology and visibility to understand what is happening across the building, while Lockton brings specialist insurance broking and risk management expertise to turn that intelligence into better-informed insurance and risk decisions. Together, they create one connected ecosystem that helps Strata managers and Owners Corporations reduce risk, improve transparency, strengthen insurer confidence and support better long-term insurance outcomes.
Pulse BPI was created from a simple observation: buildings generate enormous amounts of valuable information, yet much of it remains fragmented, disconnected and underutilised. Co Founders Michael and Mark saw an opportunity to create a digital ecosystem that could connect building data, insurance, risk, maintenance, governance and stakeholder engagement around a single digital identity — the Building Passport ID transforming building information into actionable intelligence, giving strata managers, owners, residents, insurers and industry partners greater transparency and a shared source of truth.
The vision is not simply to digitise individual processes, but to create the connected digital infrastructure that enables buildings to be better understood, better managed, better protected and ultimately more valuable.
